A total of 27 teams registered for the 12th Men’s U19 WFC, including for the first time a team from Africa. The final round will be played from 26th – 30th April 2022 at Arena Nord, in Frederikshavn, Denmark – the same venue that previously hosted the Women’s WFC in 2007.
Qualifications will be played in regional events starting in September 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA and Wellington, New Zealand. European qualifications will be held in January 2023 in Austria and Spain. One team will qualify from the Americas, two from Asia Oceania, and four from Europe.
